Tom Schnell, associate professor of mechanical and industrial engineering and director of the Operator Performance Laboratory at the UI Center for Computer-Aided Design, has received at $6,593 research contract from Rockwell Collins.
Schnell and his team will develop a “Real Fires” demonstration for the U.S. Special Operations Command.
