Nick is a research engineer in the Operator Performance Laboratory at the Center for Computer Aided Design. Nick received his undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering with a focus in computer programming and entrepreneurship from The University of Iowa's College of Engineering in 2006. Nick is currently pursuing his graduate degree in industrial engineering with a focus in human factors. Nick's current research focuses on the effects of pilot performance due to latent displays (sponsored by Rockwell Collins), database integration of Advanced Media, Portable Media (AMPM) systems, development of avionics-grade enclosures for research computers, and integration of eye trackers into various research platforms.
