The Flight Operations Research Hangar is located at the Iowa City Municipal Airport.  The hangar is used by OPL to house many of the current research projects.

Finding OPL at the Airport

 

From the South

1. Go north on US-218
2. Take exit 89 and merge onto Old Highway 218 South towards South Riverside Dr.
3. Follow Old Highway 218/Oak Crest Hill Rd SE to the north until you reach the Iowa City Municipal Airport
4. Turn left into the Iowa City Municipal Airport

From the North

1. Go south on US-218
2. Take exit 89 and merge onto Old Highway 218 South towards South Riverside Dr.
3. Follow Old Highway 218/Oak Crest Hill Rd SE to the north until you reach the Iowa City Municipal Airport
4. Turn left into the Iowa City Municipal Airport

From the West

1. Go east on I-80
2. Take exit 239A on US-218 S
3. Take exit 89 and merge onto Old Highway 218 South towards South Riverside Dr.
4. Follow Old Highway 218/Oak Crest Hill Rd SE to the north until you reach the Iowa City Municipal Airport
5. Turn left into the Iowa City Municipal Airport

From the East (A)

1. Go west on I-80
2. Take exit 244A (Dubuque St)
3. Turn left on N Dubuqe St
4. Turn right at East Park Rd
5. Turn left onto Riverside Dr
6. Follow Riverside Dr for about 2 miles
7. Turn right into Iowa City Municipal Airport
