Yin Yu, a PhD student at the Center for Computer-Aided Design, has received an NSF travel grant to attend the ASME 2012 International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition. Yu will present his work "Characterization of Bioprinting-induced Cell Damage in Blood Vessel-like Cellular Microfluidic Channels towards Organ Printing."
Yu works with Dr. Ibrahim Ozbolat in CCAD's Biomanufacturing Laboratory.
