The Provost's Office of Outreach & Engagement is excited to announce the featured presenters for the spring 2017 Hawkeye Lunch & Learn lecture series. Tonya Peeples, Associate Dean for Diversity & Outreach, College of Engineering, will present "Women in Technology" in Iowa City on Thursday, Feb. 2 (http://bit.ly/peeplesIC) and in Des Moines on Tuesday, Feb. 7 (http://bit.ly/peeplesDSM). 

Zubair Shafiq, Assistant Professor of Computer Science, will present "Big Data, Big Brother" in Iowa City on Thursday, March 9 (http://bit.ly/shafiqIC) and in Des Moines on Tuesday, March 7 (http://bit.ly/shafiqDSM).

Karim Abdel-Malek, Senior Associate to the Provost, Director for the Center for Computer Aided Design, and Professor of Biomedical Engineering, will present "The Virtual Soldier" in Iowa City on Thursday, April 6 (http://bit.ly/abdelmalekIC) and in Des Moines on Tuesday, April 11 (http://bit.ly/abdelmalekDSM).
